The circle Xichong ( 西充县 , Xichong Xiàn ) is a group of prefecture-level city Nanchong in the northeast of the southwest China province of Sichuan . It has an area of 1,108 square kilometers and has a population of 640,000 (2004). Its main place is the large community Jincheng (晋 城镇).
