Xinghe
The Xinghe district ( Chinese 兴 和 县 , Pinyin Xīnghé Xiàn ; Mongolian ᠰᠢᠩᠾᠧ ᠰᠢᠶᠠᠨ Siŋhė siyan ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Ulanqab in the center of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionin the north of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 3,520 km² and has a population of 300,000. Its main town is the large community of Chengguan (城关 镇).
