The city of Fengzhen ( Chinese 丰镇市 , Pinyin Fēngzhèn Shì ; Mongolian ᠹᠸᠩᠵᠸᠡ ᠬᠣᠲᠠ Fėŋjėn qota ) is a Chinese urban district in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionin the north of the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of the district-free city of Ulanqab . Fengzhen has an area of 2,703 km² and has a population of 310,000 (2004).
