The rear Qahar banner of the right wing ( Chinese 察哈尔 右翼 后 旗 , Pinyin Cháhā'ěr Yòuyì Hòu Qí , abbrev. 察 右 后 旗 , Chá Yòu Hòu Qí ; Mongolian ᠴᠠᠬᠠᠷ ᠪᠠᠷᠠᠭᠤᠨ ᠭᠠᠷᠤᠨ ᠬᠣᠶᠢᠲᠤ ᠬᠣᠰᠢᠭᠤ Čaqar Baraɣun Ɣarun Qoyitu qosiɣu ) is a banner of the prefecture -level city of Ulanqab in the center of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionin the north of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 3,803 km² and has 210,000 inhabitants (2004). Its main town is the large community of Bayan Qagan (白 音 察 干 镇).
