Shangdu (Ulanqab)

Shangdu County ( Chinese 商都县 , Pinyin Shāngdū Xiàn ; Mongolian ᠱᠠᠩᠳᠤ ᠰᠢᠶᠠᠨ Šaŋdu siyan ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Ulanqab in the center of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regionin the north of the People's Republic of China . It has an area of 4,304 km² and has a population of 330,000. Shangdu is divided into six large parishes and four parishes.
