Xysyl

The Turkic Xysyl , Xyzyl or Kyzyl (Kysyler; . Chakass Хызыл , ISO transliteration Hyzyl ) are a group of as today Khakassians population referred to in Khakassia (Southern Siberia ). Today you belong to the Turkic people .

The name Xysyl is derived from the old Turkish kyzyl (compare Turkish : kızıl ) and means "red" or "the red ones ".
