Yōhei Sakai ( Japanese 坂 井 洋 平 Sakai Yōhei ; born April 10, 1986 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Sakai learned to play football in the youth team of Yokohama F. Marinos . He signed his first contract in 2004 with Yokohama F. Marinos. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2005 he moved to the second division Yokohama FC . In 2006 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League. For the club he completed 15 league games. He then played at SC Sagamihara . In 2012 he moved to the second division Mito HollyHock . For the club he completed six league games. In 2013 he moved to league competitor Thespakusatsu Gunma .
