Yōsuke Kataoka ( Japanese 片 岡 洋 介 Kataoka Yōsuke ; born May 26, 1982 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Kataoka learned to play soccer on the school team at Seibudai High School and the college team at Kokushikan University . He signed his first contract with Omiya Ardija in 2005 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club, he completed 122 first division games. In 2010 he moved to league rivals Kyoto Sanga FC . For the club he completed nine first division games. In 2011 he returned to Omiya Ardija. At the end of the 2014 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . For the club he completed 76 league games. In 2016 he moved to third division Gainare Tottori . For the club he completed 36 league games. At the end of 2017 he ended his career as a football player.
