Yūya Asano ( Japanese 浅 野 雄 也 , Asano Yūya ; born February 17, 1997 in Mie ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Yūya Asano learned to play football in the youth team of Perna SC, the school teams of Hakka Jr. High School and Yokkaichi Yogo High School, and the university team of Osaka University of Health & Sport Sciences . He signed his first contract with Mito Hollyhock in early 2019 . The club from Mito played in the second Japanese division, the J2 League . In August he signed a contract with the first division club Sanfrecce Hiroshima in Hiroshima , a port city in the southwest of the Japanese main island of Honshu . He continued to play on loan for Mito in the second division. For Mito he completed 34 second division games. Since February 2020 he has been playing in the first division, the J1 League , for Hiroshima.
