Yanggu (Liaocheng)

Yanggu ( Chinese  阳谷 县 , Pinyin Yánggǔ Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Liaocheng in the west of the Chinese province of Shandong . It is located in the southwest of the administrative area of ​​Liaocheng, has an area of ​​1064 km² and about 804,300 inhabitants.

The Neolithic Jingyanggang site ( 景阳岗 遗址 , Jingyanggang yizhi , English Jingyanggang site ) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-61) since 2001 .

The first missionary station of the Steyler missionaries was in the village of Puoli .
