Yasuhiko Niimura ( Japanese 新村 泰 彦 , Niimura Yasuhiko ; born May 11, 1970 in Shizuoka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Niimura learned to play soccer on the school team of Nihon University Mishima High School and the university team of Kokushikan University . He signed his first contract with JEF United Ichihara in 1993 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club, he completed 80 top division games. In 1997 he moved to the second division Consadole Sapporo . In 199 he became champions of the Japan Football League with the club . For the club he completed 14 games. In 1998 he moved to the second division Jatco FC . At the end of 2003 he ended his career as a soccer player.
