Yesna Rijkhoff (born May 9, 1992 in Hoorn ) is a former Dutch track cyclist who specializes in short-term disciplines.

In 2008 Yesna Rijkhoff was the Dutch junior champion in the sprint on the track . From 2010 she started in the elite class . In 2012, she finished third in the sprint at the national championships. The following year, she was third in Keirin at the U23 European Rail Championships. At the national championships she was second in the keirin and third in the sprint. At the UEC European Rail Championships 2013 in Apeldoorn , she reached the final run in Keirin and took fifth place. In 2014 she won silver in the team sprint at the U23 European Championships with Elis Ligtlee .

In 2015 Rijkhoff ended her sporting career.
