Yim Bang-eun ( Korean 임방언 ; born April 25, 1978 in Incheon ) is a South Korean badminton player .
With his badminton partner Kim Yong-hyun he took part in the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens . In the first round of the men's doubles they had a bye and in the second round they beat Lars Paaske and Jonas Rasmussen from Denmark . In the quarterfinals, Yim and Kim lost to Eng Hian and Flandy Limpele from Indonesia with 15: 1, 15:10.
