The city of Yingde ( Chinese  英德 市 , Pinyin Yīngdé Shì ) is an independent city in the province of Guangdong in the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city Qingyuan . Yingde has an area of ​​5,679 km² and a population of 1.05 million.
