Yoshihiro Someya ( Japanese 染 谷 佳 大 Someya Yoshihiro ; * July 14, 1998 ) is a Japanese athlete who specializes in sprinting .

Athletic career

Yoshihiro Someya gained his first international experience in 2019 at the Summer Universiade in Naples , where he made it to the semi-finals in the 200-meter run and was eliminated there with 21.09 seconds. He also won the Japanese 4-by-100-meter relay in 38.92 s and was used in the 4-by-400-meter relay in the run-up.

Someya studies law at Chūō University and competes for the university's athletics team.
