Josef Meir "Yossi" Cohen ( Hebrew יוסי מאיר כהן; * September 10, 1961 in Jerusalem ) is an Israeli officer and director of the Mossad foreign intelligence service since 2016 .

Life

Cohen began his professional career with the Mossad. He was security advisor to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu . Since January 2016, Cohen has succeeded Tamir Pardo as director of the foreign intelligence service Mossad.
