Yotam Ottolenghi
Yotam Ottolenghi (born December 14, 1968 in Jerusalem ) is an Israeli - British cook and cookbook author.
Life
Ottolenghi was born the son of an Italian and a German and grew up in Jerusalem. He studied philosophy and literature at Tel Aviv University and graduated with a master's degree in comparative literature . He went to London in 1997 and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu culinary school . He then worked as head pastry chef at Baker & Spice in London. He is the owner and chef of the London restaurant Nopi . He also owns four specialty shops in London. He lives in London with his husband and two children.
