Young Struggle is a youth organization founded in 2010 that is active in Germany, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Austria and the UK. It sees itself as part of the "active struggle (s) against capitalism , fascism , imperialism and patriarchy ".

Young Struggle was founded in 2010. She sees herself as part of the "political class struggle " "in Germany. Areas of her work are anti-fascism , anti-imperialism , anti-capitalism and women's liberation , as well as ecology and work against repression .

The Office for the Protection of the Constitution puts the organization in close proximity to the Marksist Leninist Komünist Parti (MLKP), which is banned in Turkey . According to a report by the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Young Struggle is an umbrella organization for all MLCP youth organizations in Europe. Around 60 young people from France, Great Britain, Germany, Austria and Switzerland took part in the founding congress in September 2010. According to the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the aim of the YS is "to win over the masses for changes and to prepare the youth for the upcoming struggles against the" capitalist system "". Young Struggle commented on this in a press release and protested there "[...] against any criminalization of the revolutionary and socialist movement."

Ivana Hoffmann was a member of the Duisburg local branch of Young Struggle until she went to Rojava (Syria) to go to war against IS in 2014 .

magazine

The youth magazine of the same name , YOUNG STRUGGLE, has been published every two months since September 2000 . The first issue says: “YOUNG STRUGGLE should be a magazine by young people for young people. Our goal is to discuss all topics with you young people that are important for our future together. But we don't just want to discuss, we also want to suggest how we can change something. ”The magazine is only available from the organization itself and at relevant demonstrations at a price of 2 euros or against a donation.
