Yūsuke Satō ( Japanese 佐藤 悠 介 , Satō Yūsuke ; born November 2, 1977 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Satō learned to play soccer on the school team at Omiya Higashi High School . He signed his first contract with the Nagoya Grampus Eight in 1996 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1998 he moved to league competitor Vissel Kobe . For the club, he completed four first division games. In 2000 he moved to the second division Omiya Ardija . For the club he completed 11 games. In 2001 he moved to league rivals Montedio Yamagata . For the club he completed 80 games.
