Yuzuru Shimada ( Japanese 島 田 譲 , Shimada Yuzuru ; born November 28, 1990 in Mito , Ibaraki Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Yuzuru Shimada learned to play football in the youth team of the Kashima Antlers and the university team of Waseda University . He signed his first contract with Fagiano Okayama in 2013 . The club from Okayama , a port city in Okayama Prefecture on Honshū , the main island of Japan , played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . For Okayama he played 102 second division games. In 2017 he moved to the league competitor V-Varen Nagasaki in Nagasaki . With the club he was runner-up in the J2 in 2017 and rose to the first division. The guest appearance in the first division lasted only a year. At the end of 2018, he had to return to the second division with the club. From the beginning of 2020 he was loaned from Albirex Niigata, who also played in the second division .
