Yūki Ōmoto ( Japanese 大本 祐 槻 , Ōmoto Yūki ; born September 24, 1994 in Shiga Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Yūki Ōmoto learned to play football in the school team of Shiga Yasu High School and in the university team of Hannan University . He signed his first professional contract with FC Gifu in 2017 . The club from Gifu , a city in Gifu Prefecture on Honshū , the main island of Japan, played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . After a year and 42 second division games, he left Gifu and joined league rivals Tokushima Vortis from Tokushima in early 2018 . In August 2018, the first division club V-Varen Nagasaki signed him. At the end of the season he had to relegate to the second division with the club from Nagasaki . In 2020 he signed a contract with Albirex Niigata from Niigata, who also played in the second division .
