Career
Hansmeier began her career in 1999 at SV Marienloh and moved to SC Borchen in 2003 . She has been playing for Herford SV since 2006 , where she made her debut in the 2nd Bundesliga in 2007 as a 16-year-old . In 2008 she was promoted to the Bundesliga with Herford and made her first Bundesliga appearance on September 7, 2008. In 2012 she moved to SV Bökendorf.
