Career

She started skiing at the age of seven and was German junior champion for the first time at the age of twelve. Schnock was a member of the DSV at the beginning of her career, but was relegated to the B team, whereupon she met for the first time with the coach of the Croatian national alpine ski team, Vedran Pavlek . Since her mother is Croatian and comes from Kutina , Yvonne Schnock was able to switch to the Croatian team without any problems.

Although she achieved the norm for the 2006 Olympics in Turin , she was unable to take part due to the quota of a maximum of four runners.
