Zülfüqar Suleymanov
Zülfüqar Suleymanov (also Zulfugar Suleymanov ; born November 2, 1982 ) is a former Azerbaijani weightlifter .
Suleymanov, who comes from Bulgaria, won bronze at the 2008 European Championships in pushing in the class up to 62 kg. In 2009 he was second in duel and push and third in snatch at the 2009 European Championships . At the world championships in the same year he reached sixth place. At the European Championships 2010 he was third. However, his doping test was positive, so the result was canceled and Süleymanov was banned for two years. After his suspension, he finished third at the 2013 European Championships . However, he was convicted of doping again and banned for life.
