Doping cases
A total of seven athletes tested positive during the 2010 European Championships. Among them were five medalists. The two athletes from Azerbaijan, Rowschan Fatullajew and Zülzufar Süleymanov , were banned by the IMF until April 2014. The three Belarusian jacks, Andrej Aramnau , Mikalaj Tscharnjak and Shemshat Tuliayeva , have not yet been penalized (as of January 2011), but they have already been removed from the official result lists. In addition, Boyan Poleyanov from Bulgaria and Marina Ohman from Israel tested positive. They have also been banned until 2014.
