Mikalaj Tscharnjak
Mikalaj Tscharnjak (born November 16, 1986 ) is a former Belarusian weightlifter .
Career
Tscharnjak was Junior European Champion in 2005 and Junior Vice World Champion in 2006. Among the active he reached fifth place in the class up to 77 kg at the 2006 World Championships . At the European Championships in 2007 he was fourth in a duel and won bronze in the snatch. At the world championships in the same year he was eighth. After a long break, he did not reappear internationally until 2009. At the European Championships he won the gold medal and at the World Championships he was ninth. In 2010 he was third at the European Championships. However, he was tested positive for mesterolone during the doping control and banned for two years.
