Rövşən Fətullayev
Rövşən Fətullayev (also Rovshan Fatullayev ; born March 26, 1987 ) is an Azerbaijani weightlifter .
He achieved ninth place in the class up to 94 kg at the European Championships in 2008 . In 2009 he was fourth at the European Championships . At the world championships in the same year he was sixth. At the European Championships in 2010 he was second. However, he was tested positive for metandienone during the doping control and banned for two years. After his suspension, he became the Azerbaijani champion in 2013 and was nominated for the Universiade , where he did not take part.
