Zangniang Stupa and Sangzhou-lamasery or Tsoniang Chorten and Samdrub Monastery ( 藏娘佛塔及桑周寺 , Zàngniáng Fótǎ jí Sāngzhōu sì ) residing in the town Yushu of Autonomous Prefecture of Yushu Tibetan in the northwest Chinese province of Qinghai , there in the municipality of Zhoinmda (仲达 乡) on the south bank of the Tongtian He通天河 river.

The first-mentioned building is a 31 m high chorten (stupa) of Tibetan Buddhism . It was built in the 11th century during the Northern Song Dynasty and is the oldest Buddhist structure in Qinghai .

Zangniang Stupa and Sangzhou Lama Monastery have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-438) together since 2001 .
