Zbigniew Włosowicz
Zbigniew Maria Włosowicz (born May 3, 1955 in Krakow ) is a Polish lawyer and diplomat.
Life
Włosowicz was Ambassador to the United Nations from 1993 to 1997 , State Secretary in the Ministry of Defense from 2010 to 2012 and Deputy Head of the National Security Bureau (BBN) from 2013 to 2015 .
Zbigniew Włosowicz and the head of the BBN, Stanisław Koziej , are among the 89 people from the European Union against whom Moscow imposed an entry ban in 2015 in connection with the Crimean crisis .
