Zdzisław Kostrzewa (born October 26, 1955 in Wroclaw , Poland , † May 18, 1991 in Australia ) was a Polish football player .

The 1.82 m tall and 85 kg heavy goalkeeper played in his youth at Lotnik Wrocław before he began his professional career in 1973 at Zagłębie Wałbrzych , from where he moved to Zagłębie Sosnowiec in 1976 and Śląsk Wrocław in 1979 . From 1984 to 1987 he also played for Ślęza Wrocław in the 2nd Polish League. In 1987 he emigrated to Australia and played there for two seasons for Polonia Melbourne . Overall, he played in three international caps for Poland and took over as the third goalkeeper with Poland at the 1978 World Cup in Argentina in part. In 1991 he died in an accident in Australia.
