The Zebra Peak is a Nunatak in the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Land . In the group of Stinear Nunatakkers, it rises 2.5 km northeast of Summers Peak .
The geologist David J. Grainger, participant in a campaign of the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions , visited him in the course of surveying the Prince Charles Mountains in February 1970. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named the Nunatak descriptively because of its conspicuous banding on zebra crossings recall.
