The Goyenfeld colliery was a hard coal mine in Wellinghofen , a district of the Hörde district of Dortmund . The mine was also known under the names Zeche Gaynefeld , Zeche Gojenfeld , Zeche Goynefeld and Zeche Goyen Feld Banck .
history
The mine was located in the Pferdebachtal not far from Brünninghausen Castle and today's Rombergpark . It belonged to the extensive mine holdings of the von Romberg family . The history of the Goyenfeld colliery begins in 1742. From 1749, a tunnel was driven forward together with the neighboring Waldhorn colliery . On December 10, 1752 was carried out ceremony of the length field Goyenfeld. Further awards were on November 14, 1757 the Längenfeld Goyenfeld 1 and on December 17, 1767 the Längenfeld Goyenfeld 3.
The main buyer of coal from the Goyenfeld colliery was the Königsborn salt works . The mine field of the mine was later taken over by the Crone colliery .
