It was founded in 2003 and has been published eight times (previously ten times) a year by Verlag Österreich since 2015 . The editors are Heinz Krejci (Professor Emeritus at the University of Vienna ), Friedrich Rüffler (Professor at the University of Vienna), the Viennese lawyer Lukas Fantur ( Editor in Corporate Law) and Georg Kofler , Professor at the Johannes Kepler University Linz (Editor in Tax Law). The magazine is aimed primarily at tax consultants and auditors , lawyers, notaries , judges , corporate lawyers as well as teaching and research. The journal is cited with the abbreviation "GES" in legal literature.
