The Zeitschrift für Personalforschung (ZfP) - German Journal of Research in Human Resource Management was founded in 1987 by a group of scientists. It is the only journal outside of the United States and Great Britain that publishes economics articles on human resource management and is listed on the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI). It has an impact factor of 0.75 (2013). In a double-blind review, the ZfP publishes both German and English-language qualitative , quantitative and theoretical articles. There are also interdisciplinary articles from areas such as strategy , organization , corporate governance , industrial relations , labor law , ergonomics , organizational psychology , personnel psychology , labor economics or work sociology . The main issues in recent years have been Green HRM (2011), Electronic HRM (2012), International HRM (2013) and Health Promotion through Leadership (2014).
Since the year 30 (2016) the ZfP has been published by Sage Publications under the title German Journal of Human Resource Management (GRHM) - Zeitschrift für Personalforschung.
