Zenia Stampe
Zenia Stampe (born March 30, 1979 in Roskilde ) is a Danish politician of the left-wing liberal party Radical Venstre .
Live and act
Stampe was born and raised in Roskilde. Her father, the Danish teacher Birger Heide Hansen, emigrated from Germany to Denmark as a teenager. Her mother Susanne Stampe is a child psychologist. From 1996 to 1997, Stampe spent a year as an exchange student in Switzerland, where she was involved in the Swiss Social Democratic Party . In 1999 Stampe graduated from the Amtsgymnasiet Roskilde. In 2008 she graduated with a degree in Political Science (cand.scient.pol.) From the University of Copenhagen . Stampe is married to the theater director Martin Lyngbo. The couple have two children together.
In 1998, Stampe became a member of Radikal Ungdom , Radikal Ungdom , the youth organization of Radical Venstre , of which she was chairman from 2003 to 2006. In 2008 she was elected deputy chairman of Radical Venstre. Stampe has been a member of the Folketing since 2011 and is responsible for the areas of foreign policy , defense policy , media and democracy within the group of Radical Venstre .
Stampe is an antimonarchist and is very actively involved in the abolition of the Danish monarchy.
Stampe regularly writes debates for the daily newspapers Politiken and Berlingske Tidende .
