Zeuxippe (wife of Pandion)
Zeuxippe ( ancient Greek Ζευξίππη ) is a naiad of Greek mythology .
In the library of Apollodorus she is the sister of Praxithea and marries her son Pandion . From him she gets the daughters Prokne and Philomele as well as the twin sons Erechtheus and Bute . In Hyginus Mythographus she is mentioned as the mother of the Argonaut Butes , whom she has with her husband Teleon . The river god Eridanus appears here as her father .
