Zhang Xiaoni
Zhang Xiaoni (born October 29, 1983 in Yantai , Shandong ) is a Chinese basketball player .
She began her professional career in 1995 with the Jinan Military Command Youth Team , before moving to the Bayi Team in 1998. In 2001 she was appointed to the national youth selection. She has played in the national team since 2002. Zhang was part of the team that won the gold medal at the Asian Championships in 2002, 2004 and 2006. At the 2004 Summer Olympics , she finished ninth with the Chinese national team. They also took in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in part. There she reached 4th place with the Chinese team.
