Zhijiang (Yichang)

The city of Zhijiang ( Chinese 枝江 市 , Pinyin Zhījiāng Shì ) is an independent city that belongs to the administrative area of the independent city of Yichang in the west of the Chinese province of Hubei . It has an area of 1,310 km² and a population of 510,000.
The Guanmiaoshan -Stätte (Guanmiaoshan Yizhi关庙山遗址) of the Daxi culture and zhou -zeitlichen Qingshan Tombs (Qingshan Muqun青山墓群) are on the list since 2001 and 2006 monuments of the People's Republic of China .
