The Zigzag Gully ( English for zigzag channel ) is a steep-walled, narrow and sinusoidal gorge on Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the Byers Peninsula , it runs 1.7 km south of the Chester Cone in a north-south orientation to the South Beaches .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1993.
