Zinnaer Klosterbruder is a sweet herbal liqueur (semi-bitter with 35 percent alcohol by volume).

It was produced since 1759 by the innkeeper Johann Christian Falckenthal in Luckenwalde , later the distillery CW Falckenthal Söhne . According to tradition, it was based on a recipe given by a monk from the former Zinna monastery in what is now the Teltow-Fläming district in Brandenburg . In the German Democratic Republic (GDR), the company was nationalized as a state-owned company (VEB) fine spirits and spirits based in Luckenwalde. The successor company Falckenthal Spirituosen GmbH , founded by the family, continued production from 1990. Since 1997, the liqueur has been produced in a show still accessible to visitors in the historical facility of the Zinna Monastery by Zinnaer Klosterspirituosen GmbH , which was a subsidiary of the Berentzen Group until the end of May 2010 . The company has been part of Drinks & Food Vertriebs GmbH since June 2010 .

The brand has belonged to the August Ernst distillery in Bad Oldesloe since March 1, 2019.
