Zipollenhagen 8 (Stralsund)
The building with the postal address Zipollenhagen 8 is a listed building on Zipollenhagen Street in Stralsund , on the corner of Lobshagen Street .
The four-story building with an L-shaped floor plan was erected in 1908. In 1911 an annex was added to the house.
The facade is brick - view on the ground floor and has segment-arched windows. The upper floors are plastered. The third floor is structured with brick pilaster strips .
The southern corner axis at Lobshagen is slightly forward and has a gable end .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 807.
Until 1908, a smaller house stood on the site of the current building. Master locksmith Carl Remers had the four-story house built on this property by the construction company Dehmlow & Möllhusen.
