Zomix

ZOMIX (additional title: "Deutsches Komiks-Heft" or "Deutsch Comix - Viel Gutt!") Was a comic magazine from Germany , which appeared from 1979 to 1983 with different publishers with 11 issues.

ZOMIX had colored covers, but the rest of the A4-format booklets were printed in black and white. The first issues cost 3 marks , the later issues 6 marks.

ZOMIX only contained comics by German authors. The booklets brought together well-known draftsmen and copywriters of the time, namely Rolf Boyke , Hansi Kiefersauer , Gabriel Nemeth , Peter Petri , Thomas M. Bunk , Fuchsi , Bernd Pfarr , Brösel , Heribert Schulmeyer , Hendrik Dorgathen , Ingo Stein, Ewald Lang, Volker Reiche and Ralf König .

In addition to the issues that appear four times a year, the ZOMIX 7 publisher also published a special volume in DinA5 format under the title "Bernd Boogie & other delicacies".

Just like the Magazines Comix + Cartoon series , wheel off! and Ramba Zamba , the editors Rolf Boyke and Hansi Kiefersauer made it possible for various artists in Germany to publish their works in this way - far away from major publishers.
