Zyôdo Ike (from Japanese 浄土 池 'Paradise Lake ' ) is a small lake on the Crown Prince Olav coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located on Zyôdo Daira in the area of Cape Ryūgū .
Japanese scientists mapped it using aerial photographs taken in 1962 and surveys carried out from 1977 to 1978 . It was named in 1979.
