Nichelino ( Piedmontese Ël Niclin ) is a municipality with 47,508 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the Italian metropolitan city of Turin (TO), Piedmont region .

Attractions
The castle of Stupinigi (Italian palazzina di caccia di Stupinigi, German hunting lodge of Stupinigi), about 10 kilometers southwest of Turin belongs to the municipality of Nichelino. It was a hunting seat of the Dukes of Savoy and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Residences of the House of Savoy since 1997 .
Town twinning
Nichelino has been twinning cities with Caluire-et-Cuire in the French region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes since 2006 and with the Maltese city of Victoria since 2009 .
