The oops! ... I Did It Again World Tour was the second concert tour of the American pop singer Britney Spears based on her second studio album Oops! ... I did it again . The tour took place in North America, Europe and South America. It was her first tour, which also took place in Germany .

On February 22, 2000, Spears announced that they were touring to present their second studio album, Oops! ... I Did It Again planned. It was Spears' first tour to also take place in Europe. Before the tour began, told Forbes that the concert promoter SFX Entertainment ( Live Nation ) Spears per show only a budget of 200,000 US dollars made available. In addition to the sponsors of the… Baby One More Time Tour Got Milk? and Polaroid joined Clairol Herbal Essences as a sponsor. So Spears recorded a song called I've Got the Urge to Herbal , which was to be used for their radio campaign. However, she did not attend a photo shoot for the product because she chose to support an 86-day strike by the Screen Actors Guild (SAG). She later donated $ 1 of each ticket to her show in Inglewood , California on July 28, 2000 to the union.
