Yalova is a province of Turkey on the Sea of ​​Marmara . Their capital is the Yalova of the same name .

The province was established on June 6, 1995 by law No. 550 from parts of the provinces of Istanbul (today: 4 districts), Bursa (today's Armutlu district) and Kocaeli (today's Altınova district). It has 262,234 inhabitants (as of the end of 2018) on an area of ​​799 km². It borders in the south on the province of Bursa and in the east on the province of Kocaeli , in the west the Sea of ​​Marmara forms the sea border.
