Admins acting on non-admin tasks without discussion are no more than regular users. And again, I don't think page views is the appropriate criteria for listing it separately. In terms of outside use, not Wikipedia-specific page views, the baseball use is just about as likely. Look at google books results, or news. The numbers are pretty close.
