Gmina Ujazd is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Ujazd, which lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Strzelce Opolskie and 43 km (27 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of 83.31 square kilometres (32.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,284 (out of which the population of Ujazd amounts to 1,652, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 4,632).

Neighbouring gminas

Gmina Ujazd is bordered by the town of Kędzierzyn-Koźle and by the gminas of Leśnica, Rudziniec, Strzelce Opolskie and Toszek.
