The Gmina Toszek (German municipality Tost ) is an urban and rural municipality ( gmina miejsko-wiejska ) in Poland in the powiat Gliwicki . It belongs to the Silesian Voivodeship in historic Upper Silesia . The municipality seat is Toszek .
