The Green Bay Press-Gazette is a newspaper that covers most of northeastern Wisconsin, including Green Bay. The Green Bay Gazette was founded in 1866 and became a daily newspaper in 1871. It merged with its major competitor, the Green Bay Free Press in 1915. The newspaper was purchased by Gannett in 1980. Its circulation is 57,675 for its daily morning paper, and 83,166 for its Sunday edition.

Every fall, the Press-Gazette has pervasive coverage of the Green Bay Packers, the local NFL franchise.
